The Department of Performing and Digital Arts (DPDA) - University of the Peloponnese welcomes Dr. Nicolas Lissarrague, researcher in the 3D and reality capture field, as well as academic affiliated to the Polytechnical University of "Hauts-de-France" - (Valenciennes) (France) in the context of Erasmus+Teaching Mobility

Nicolas Lissarrague will deliver a series of invited lectures as part of the following DPDA modules Design and Development of Digital Games (A. Theodoropoulos), Installation Art and Digital Media (B. Psarras) and Digital Image Processing (N. Vassilopoulos), 📍 on Tuesday 6/5,  📍 Wednesday 7/5  and 📍Thursday 8/5  (location: Aria, Nafplio).

Dr. Nicolas Lissarrague is a teacher and researcher in the 3D and reality capture field. He teaches photogrammetry in the art in the science departments of the Polytechnical University of "Hauts-de-France" (Valenciennes) for various purposes : game, special effects, VR, AR, archeology and architecture. He works with museums (Quai Branly museum, Hospice Comtesse) VFX and game companies (Digital District, Red Frog, Mikros, Ubisoft). His actual researches includes historical reconstruction of the battle of Cambrai with 3D and AI, reconstruction of complex materials with photogrammetry and AI, large scale and micro photogrammetry for archeological purposes.
