Based on their specialized scientific knowledge and artistic training, graduates of the PDA have the possibility of working in public or private sector institutions, which have as their object of activity the performing and digital arts, as they are specialized below, in one or more directions or specializations of those operating in the Department.

They may also be involved in education and/or freelance work. In order to be appointed in education, a prerequisite for the appointment in education, apart from the degree, is the Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence, which is granted after attending the Special Programmes of Studies in Pedagogical and Teaching Competence, as determined by the relevant decision of the Senate of the University of Peloponnese.

In particular, graduates may be employed in the following fields of work:

• Direction, Choreography, Scenic design of performance applications (Performance dance and theatre, interactive performances or installations on stage and in public space, visual arts applications, multimedia applications and web applications in the performing arts).
• Implementation of artistic social interventions through performance applications (indicatively: social theatre, activism, dance and society, interactive and web-based theatre, performance and public space, etc.).
• Production of digital material (Digital animation, Animation, Video game) - implementation of digital applications for the performing arts.
• Design of virtual environment experiences.
• Digital applications in lighting (design and implementation).
• Implementation of digital scenic installations.
• Design of digital exhibitions, Creative Writing applications in digital and performing arts projects, digital publishing.
• Design, organization and implementation of educational programs of artistic digital applications in education, in social/cultural institutions in Greece and abroad and local authorities.
