The members of the advisory committee of the DPDA are Giorgos Koumendakis, Despina Mouzaki, Elias Chatzichristodoulou, Pauline Brooks and Theodora Skipitares

🔵 Giorgos Koumendakis

Giorgos Koumendakis is a composer and Artistic Director of the Greek National Opera. He has composed and presented four operas, the most important being the two-act opera The Murderess (2014, based on a poetic text by Yannis Svolos, based on the homonymous 'social novel' by Alexandros Papadiamantis). In 1985, György Ligeti chose him and commissioned him to compose the work Symmolpa 5, while a few months later he participated in the Venice Biennale. In 1987, he collaborated for the first time with the famous French contemporary music group 'Ensemble InterContemporain' and began an upward course of international recognition that led, in 1992, to the Prix de Rome honorary scholarship, which was accompanied by a year of residency and creation at the French Academy of Rome (Villa Medici). In the same year, he began his long collaboration with the choreographer-director Dimitris Papaioannou and the Edafos Company, which culminated in 2004, with the opening and closing ceremonies of the Athens Olympic Games, where he was music director, composer and creator of the music script. He has served as artistic director of the Nikos Skalkottas music ensemble, the Kyklos Ensemble, the Rethymno Renaissance Festival, as well as head of artistic programming at the Cultural Foundation of Tinos.

🔵Despina Mouzaki

Despina Mouzaki is a Producer of Audiovisual Works and served as Dean of the School of Fine Arts of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, as well as President of the Film Department. She is the founder of CINEGRAM S.A. Film & TV Productions, the company for the production of commercial, television and film films. Since 1994 she has been a producer of many successful films with international distinctions. In 1998 she was appointed to the position of Vice President of the Greek Film Center. She was Director of the Thessaloniki International Film Festival from 2005 to 2010. During her tenure she founded the innovative programs Crossroads co-production forum, Agora film market, Salonica Studio training workshop, Digital Wave programme and the SEE (South Eastern Europe) Cinema Network. She has been a member of the European Film Academy since 2002, of which she has been a member of the Board of Directors, and today she participates in the Standing Committee for the Selection of Feature Documentary Nominees for the annual award of the European Academy. Member of the FIAPF (International Federation of Film Producers Associations) Committee, member of the PAKT Board, member of the Board of Directors of PROMEDIA, as well as national coordinator of the EAVE EUROPE AUDIOVISUAL educational program. In October 2002 she was elected President of SAPOE (Association of Independent Producers of Audiovisual Works). He is a member of the Plenary Session of the Hellenic National Commission for UNESCO.

🔵Elias Hadjichristodoulou

Elias Hadjichristodoulou is the founder of Project 210 Organization of Cultural Events based in Athens (est. 2008) and the object of developing visual, communication, as well as interactive multimedia & installations services with the aim of providing high added value services. In addition, he is the inspirer and organizer of the Athens Digital Arts Festival (ADAF). ADAF has been held continuously on an annual basis since 2005, representing Greece in the international digital art scene. He has curated and organized cultural programs and exhibitions in Greece and abroad. He has been awarded with 26 awards in Greece and abroad, while he was awarded the title of "Event organizer of the year" for 2020. In addition, he participates as a mentor in creative projects, participates as a member of juries and participates in the development and implementation of National and European programs on contemporary culture, new technologies, research and education. He has participated in international exhibitions and conferences and has conducted workshops on digital art and contemporary culture. He is currently involved in audience development programs, public behavior research programs as well as artificial intelligence.

🔵Dr. Pauline Brooks

Former Associate Dean of Quality & Enhancement, and Reader of Dance Performance and Pedagogy at Liverpool John Moores University. Pauline Brooks (BA, PGCE, MFA, PhD, https://www.paulinebrooks-dance.com/) is a distinguished academic in the United Kingdom. She has served as Director of a Dance Centre, a Master's Programme in Dance Practices and a Director of Doctoral Studies at Liverpool John Moores University. She has received many awards, including the LJMU Mine of Excellence for Innovative Teaching. She works with the method of artistic research and practice Her publications focus on the creative practices of this method in terms of dance performance, technology, pedagogy, and collaborative educational approach. For more than 15 years her research has included participation in inter-media and telematic performances with collaborators in Dance and Music in the UK, USA and Europe. Prior to joining the university, she participated as a performer in the dance groups Nexus Dance Theater (Scotland), Springs Dance Company (H.B), Ann Vachon/Dance Conduit and Sybil Dance Company (USA). She has worked as a choreographer and has extensive teaching experience in Higher Education in the UK. B, Scotland and the USA.

🔵Theodora Skipitares

Theodora Skipitares is a visual artist and theater director. Born in San Francisco to Greek parents, she moved to New York City in 1970. She began creating personal solo performances in the mid-1970s. Life-size realistic doll figures, as well as miniatures, became the "performers" in large-scale projects that included live music, films, videos, and documentary texts. These works were often collaborations with prominent composers such as Virgil Moorefield, Bobby Previte, Scott Johnson, Pat Irwin, Barry Greenhut, David First, Tim Schellenbaum, Arnold Dreyblatt, and Sxip Shirey. Her visual work has been widely exhibited in the US, Europe, and South America. In 1997, she traveled to Vietnam with Helen Stewart (La MaMa Theater), where together they developed an opera with the National Theater and the National Puppet Water Theater of Vietnam. Also in 1997, she directed and designed Charles Lundlam's production The Enchanted Pig for the Sundance Theater. In 1999 and 2000 she was in India as a Fulbright scholar, where she collaborated with Indian puppeteers and choreographers to create two plays. When the war in Iraq began, he went back to the ancient Greek playwrights for inspiration and created 3 plays about the long and bloody Trojan War.

🔵 🔴 🟡 ΠΛΗΡΟΦΟΡΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΣΥΜΒΟΥΛΕΥΤΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΤΡΟΠΗ ΤΠΨΤ

Ο σκοπός, η αποστολή και η δομή της συμβουλευτικής επιτροπής του ΤΠΨΤ

Α) Σκοπός

Σκοπός της Συμβουλευτικής Επιτροπής είναι να υποβάλει στη Συνέλευση του ΤΠΨΤ εμπεριστατωμένη και ρεαλιστικά εφαρμόσιμη πρόταση για πιθανές προσαρμογές του ΠΠΣ του ΤΠΨΤ στις σύγχρονες απαιτήσεις της έρευνας, της καλλιτεχνικής δημιουργίας και της αγοράς εργασίας ως προς τα αντικείμενα που θεραπεύει το Τμήμα, τη στενότερη και αποτελεσματικότερη σύνδεση του Τμήματος με πολιτιστικά και εκπαιδευτικά ιδρύματα και φορείς, καθώς και με τα φόρα της αγοράς στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.

Β) Αποστολή

Αποστολή της επιτροπής είναι η ενημέρωση και καθοδήγηση του Τμήματος σε ερευνητικά και επαγγελματικά θέματα που αφορούν τις παραστατικές και ψηφιακές τέχνες, τη μεταξύ τους σύνδεση, καθώς και τη σύνδεση με κοινωνικές και εκπαιδευτικές παραμέτρους. Η επιτροπή αξιολογεί τις επιστημονικές, καλλιτεχνικές και τεχνολογικές προοπτικές, καθώς και τις μεταβαλλόμενες ανάγκες της αγοράς εργασίας σε σχέση με τα αντικείμενα που θεραπεύει το Τμήμα και ενημερώνει και συμβουλεύει το ΔΠΔΣ προκειμένου να παρέχει στους φοιτητές τα απαραίτητα εφόδια για την επαγγελματική τους σταδιοδρομία. Στόχος είναι η συνεχής βελτίωση και επικαιροποίηση του Προγράμματος Προπτυχιακών Σπουδών (ΠΠΣ) του Τμήματος, ώστε οι απόφοιτοι του Τμήματος να αποκτήσουν γνώσεις, ικανότητες και δεξιότητες υψηλού επιπέδου που θα τους εξασφαλίσουν υψηλή ζήτηση στην αγορά εργασίας. Ο ρόλος της συμβουλευτικής επιτροπής είναι αποκλειστικά συμβουλευτικός και οι αποφάσεις της Συνέλευσης του Τμήματος δεν δεσμεύονται από τις συστάσεις της.

Γ) Δομή

Η Συμβουλευτική Επιτροπή αποτελείται από τέσσερα (04) ισότιμα μέλη. Η επιλογή τους γίνεται από τη Συνέλευση του ΤΠΨΤ. Τα ελάχιστα κριτήρια που θα πρέπει να πληρούν είναι

  • Σημαντική εργασιακή εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης, σε πολιτιστικά ιδρύματα, στις δημιουργικές βιομηχανίες ή στην τριτοβάθμια εκπαίδευση στον τομέα των παραστατικών ή/και ψηφιακών τεχνών

  • Πεδίο σπουδών που αντιστοιχεί σε πεδίο σπουδών που συμπληρώνει το UPS του ΤΠΨΤ.

  • Η θητεία της Επιτροπής ορίζεται σε 3 έτη από την έγκριση της συγκρότησής της από τη ΓΣ του ΤΠΨΤ.

  • Η Συμβουλευτική Επιτροπή συνεδριάζει τουλάχιστον μία φορά το χρόνο μαζί με την Επιτροπή Προγράμματος Σπουδών του Τμήματος σε χρόνο που καθορίζουν από κοινού και τα συμπεράσματα υποβάλλονται στη Συνέλευση του Τμήματος. Η κοινή συνεδρίαση των δύο επιτροπών μπορεί να γίνει είτε αυτοπροσώπως είτε εξ αποστάσεως και θεωρείται έγκυρη όταν συμμετέχουν τουλάχιστον τρία από τα τέσσερα μέλη της Συμβουλευτικής Επιτροπής.

  • Τα μέλη της Συμβουλευτικής Επιτροπής δεν αμείβονται και δεν υπάρχει δυνατότητα κάλυψης οποιουδήποτε είδους «εξόδων».
