The Regulations for the Grievance and Appeals Management Mechanism of the Department of Performing and Digital Arts (DPDA) establish the framework and procedures for addressing all student grievances and issues related to the quality of its educational and administrative services. Responsibility for the implementation of this procedure lies with the Departmental General Assembly, as well as the Student Advocate, should their involvement be required.
