The Academic Advisor constitutes a dynamic student-oriented process established at the Dept. of Performing and Digital Arts. The Academic Advisor aims to foster and create ongoing discussions and helpful feedback between faculty members and undergraduate students. Areas of discussion and feedback include aid, motivation and ideas regarding ongoing aspects of the DPDA of Undergraduate Studies Programme as well as guidelines and help regarding the future steps and decisions of students (jobs, personal issues, research, creative industries e.t.c.). Each academic year, the Academic Advisor process is being run by faculty members, special research and lab personnel members of DPDA, with biannual meetings between them and students. Each session is documented on a Feedback Form, which documents the basic discussion points for the Department to process and is subsequently filed in the Department’s archives.
