The Regulations for the Equitable Assessment of Students requiring Support of the DPDA comprises the comprehensive framework of information regarding the equitable access of students with support needs that may impact their participation in learning and assessment processes, including cases of disability, neurodiversity, specific learning difficulties, and/or health conditions (physical or mental), whether temporary or permanent.
